The Opportunity
This critical role is positioned at the intersection of quantitative analysis, media execution, and strategic optimization. We are looking for a versatile professional who can contribute as a Social Marketing Analyst and Media Buyer, driving high-impact paid user acquisition and improving ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
- Media Buying & Optimization: Strategize, execute, and optimize high-impact paid campaigns on Meta platforms with large-scale budgets, focusing on scaling while improving ROI.
- Marketing Analysis: Be deeply integrated with data-driven decision-making by analyzing campaign performance, identifying trends, and ensuring overall profitability.
- Technology & Automation: Initiate and collaborate with product and engineering teams to enhance and develop automations, AI adoption, and media buying excellence, leveraging our cutting-edge technology.
- Creative Strategy: Lead, collaborate, and develop creative and content strategies within the team.

Requirements
Are you the one we're looking for?
We are looking for a hands-on professional with enough experience to take ownership but not too much, ideal for someone with 2-4 years of experience.
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with paid campaigns on Meta/Facebook.
- Proven track record of launching and optimizing large-scale, high-budget ad campaigns successfully (managing a monthly budget over $100k per account).
- Experience in performance-oriented online B2C products (e-commerce/affiliation).
- Exceptional analytical skills and a strong command of numbers.
- Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets and comfort with large data sets.
- Fluent in Hebrew & English.
Big Advantages (Skills that support a flexible role):
- SQL knowledge or proficiency in designing data solutions.
- AI adoption success stories and/or experience with designing/implementing API solutions.
- Experience with an affiliation business or B2C international businesses.
