Product Designer objective:

Lead product design across all of our products. Define and craft experiences that intrigue, engage and delight our users worldwide.  

You will play an integral part in making the online shopping experience intuitive and calling for action while driving our conversion efforts across the board. 

While your work will mainly be in the Product Design field, some of your tasks will incorporate Marketing Design aspects.

This is what makes Roundforest's Product Designer role unique:

You will ongoingly test your design work to justify and pinpoint your decisions while suggesting, running, managing and analyzing A/B (and C/D/E) tests.  It is the vast magnitude of the company's activity that will serve you twice: once to learn from data and decide upon future initiatives, and second to test your hypotheses quickly, as you will be able to showcase it to millions of users, receiving feedback & reaching conclusions in a matter of hours. 

In addition to designing hands-on, our product designer also contributes to product and business thinking to make decisions.

Requirements

**Please attach an updated portfolio to your application**

  • 3-5 years of E2E Product Design experience, in B2C mobile/web design.
  • Vast experience designing in Figma
  • Strong understanding of how design meets business needs and drive to make an impact
  • Proven track record in data-lead design processes - experience in running A/B tests (monitoring and analyzing results)
  • Ability to translate insights out of the data to hands-on design
  • Experience in effectively collaborating with different teams (product, engineering, data, leadership, etc).
  • Highly organized and methodological - we are moving fast, there is  A LOT going on and you need to be on it. At. All. Times! 

Bonus Qualifications:

  • Marketing design orientation 
  • Experience in media performance companies (Ad-tech)
