Growth Lead
Roundforest, one of the world's most impactful shopping recommendation companies, is searching for a talented Growth Lead to join our fast-moving team.

This is a key strategic hire: the Growth Lead will be a person responsible for shaping both the user-facing acquisition experiences and the internal tools and automations that power them.

As our Growth Lead, you’ll:
- Design, build, and scale high-performing paid acquisition funnels (from ad click to purchase) that drive measurable revenue impact.
- Strategize, execute, and experiment with new user experiences - quizzes, landing pages, and ad-to-page flows - to improve conversion and ROI.
- Develop and refine internal growth tools and automations, partnering with engineering and data to make our acquisition systems smarter and faster.
- Leverage data and insights to guide decision-making, applying a test-and-learn mindset to every stage of the funnel.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with design and performance teams to align creative, technology, and growth goals.
- Report directly to the COO and lead a growth team
Requirements
We’re looking for someone with a ׳hop margin׳ – an individual ready to take a leap in their career, step out of their comfort zone, and grow with us. Are you the one we're looking for?
- 4+ years of experience in growth marketing, paid acquisition, CRO, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of paid media mechanics (Meta, Google Ads, etc.) and how to optimize for performance.
- Proven track record in creating or optimizing funnels, landing page experiences that drive measurable results.
- Analytical mindset - fluent in using data to guide decisions and experiments (GA4, Looker, Hotjar, etc.).
- Comfortable collaborating with developers, designers, and data teams; able to translate needs into clear specs.
- Hands-on and resourceful - you can test, build, or coordinate the building of what’s needed.
Advantages (not a must)
- Experience with marketing automation, API integrations, or no-code tools (Zapier, Webflow, Airtable, etc.).
- Familiarity with AI tools for creative testing or campaign optimization.
- Background in product management or technical marketing.
- Understanding of attribution models and tracking setups.
- Previous experience in e-commerce or performance-driven environments.
