Senior Backend Engineer objective:
Bring Roundforest’s products to the next level by designing and delivering high quality code.

You are a key member of a cross-functional team which is responsible for one of Roundforest’s main products.
As a senior backend developer you are expected to design solutions to product requirement, collaborate with other team members and ship high quality code. In addition, you are part of a strong engineering organization and will partake in technical challenges.
Our R&D professionals are part of the company’s product pods. This requires not only experience in working as part of a product team, but also being impact oriented and seeing the connection between technology and business.

Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on of web backend experience
- Experience in developing API's and web-services
- Experience in product work, responsibility for end to end features development, including performance of a/b testing
- Experience working with SQL
- Cloud experience (AWS - preferred)
- Experience working in agile methodology
- Great communication skills - able to work with people from other disciplines in a business-driven environment
Bonus qualifications
- Experience in Nodejs
- Experience working with GPT
- Docker, Kubernetes and serverless
