Product Designer objective:
Lead product design across all of our products. Define and craft experiences that intrigue, engage and delight our users worldwide.
You will play an integral part in making the online shopping experience intuitive and calling for action while driving our conversion efforts across the board.
This is what makes Roundforest's Product Designer role unique:
You will ongoingly test your design work to justify and pinpoint your decisions while suggesting, running, managing and analyzing A/B (and C/D/E) tests. It is the vast magnitude of the company's activity that will serve you twice: once to learn from data and decide upon future initiatives, and second to test your hypotheses quickly, as you will be able to showcase it to millions of users, receiving feedback & reaching conclusions in a matter of hours.

Requirements

- 3+ years of E2E Product Design experience, ideally in the B2C world
- Vast experience designing in Figma
- Proven track record in data-lead design processes - experience in running A/B tests (monitoring and analyzing results)
- A strong eye for design and customer experience (UX & UI)
- Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies
- Highly organized and methodological - we are moving fast, there is A LOT going on and you need to be on it. At. All. Times!
