PPC Manager objective:
Take full ownership of large-scale Google Search Ads accounts across multiple markets and products: create, analyze, and optimize to bring the maximum impact and profit.

We love data! As a PPC Manager, you will be required to establish, implement, and measure the effectiveness of user acquisition initiatives.
Our new acquisition team member must be enthusiastic about the art of crunching data. They are expected to not only provide complete performance reporting, but to analyze it and take relevant action on the insights gained.
While there are many existing marketing channels out there, the main focus of this role is Google Search Ads management with possible expansion to additional traffic channels.
Finally, we’re looking for candidates with a ׳hop margin׳ - a secret ingredient we look for in all new hires. In other words, this position requires the candidate to leap into the next phase of their career and to step outside their comfort zone while maintaining a reasonable learning curve.

Requirements
- 3-5 years of hands on PPC experience (familiarity with Google Ads - a must! Experience with additional traffic channels - a plus)
- Experience in performance-oriented activity (e-commerce is a huge advantage)
- Strong analytical skills; ability to manipulate and analyze large quantities of data
- Problem solver and impact oriented
- Responsible, proactive, and taking full ownership
- Proficiency with Excel / Google Sheets
- Fluent English - verbal and written
Bonus qualifications
- Experience with value-based bidding strategies (tROAS)
- Advanced Project management skills
- SQL capabilities
- Familiarity with affiliation business model
- Experience working in an international environment
- Additional Languages (German, Italian, Spanish, French) - a plus
