Requirements

We’re looking for an exceptional Head of Design who will build, grow, and retain a high-performing team, guide research and design processes, mentor team members, and collaborate with leaders of other functions. 

Someone who looks at products that are still imperfect and sees the opportunity in making an impact. Someone who knows how to balance user needs with business needs.  Someone who knows that the user experience is as important to customer value as the underlying functionality, and isn’t afraid to prove her or his point, using research and tests.
